PRIVACY POLICY
THE COMPANY acknowledges the importance of the privacy of our users’ personal information, for that reason we guarantee absolute confidentiality and the compliance with security standards according to what is established in the Protection of Personal Information Law N° 29733 and its approved Regulation through Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS (hereafter, “personal information protection rules”).
1. What is personal information?
The information that can identify an individual or that makes him or her identifiable through the media that can be reasonably used. For example: Names, Surnames, Identification Documents, Civil Status, among others.
2. Purpose of the use of personal information
The personal information collected by the company will be used for the following purposes:
Under no circumstances will the use of personal information of our workers be extended for a different purpose than that for which it was originally collected.
3. Consent
The user that provides his or her personal information either by physical or electronic means gives express consent for the company to use his or her personal information according to the purposes described in this Policy, and also guarantees the accuracy, veracity and update of the provided information.
In the case of providing inaccurate, erroneous or false information the company will not be able to meet the corresponding purposes.
4. Transferring information to third parties
Based on the purpose of personal data processing, the company will be able to transfer the personal information of the users to its related companies, inside and outside of the country, while the user does not revoke his or her authorization.
The company, in compliance with legal requirements and/or court injunction, will need to share the personal information of the users with courts and other authorities to comply with legal proceedings or requirements of a public authority.
5. Processing personal information of minors
The company will not process personal information related to those who are under 14 years of age. In the case of having collected personal information that corresponds to a minor, the corresponding measures will be taken for its elimination.
Nevertheless, exceptionally, those who are under 14 years will be allowed to fill in the forms in the company’s web page, as long as they are able to understand the motives and purposes of processing their personal information except if otherwise required by law.
6. Conservation period
The personal information that has been collected will be kept by the company for the period of time that is considered necessary to comply with the described objectives and/or the time indicated by a specific regulation. The personal information can also be cancelled as per request of the user, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
7. Measures adopted for the protection of personal information
The company has adopted the necessary security measures that are required by the personal information protection rules and commits to use personal information as confidential information to prevent and disrupt unauthorized access or disclosure and ensure appropriate use of the information.
The company is not responsible for the risk of losing personal information when the user transfers the data to the servers from his or her computer or mobile phone using unsecure connections.
8. Information rights, recall and ARCO rights
The company provides the users with the possibility to exercise information, recall and ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection) according to the current legislation. 9. Use of cookies
Each time the user visits this web site or makes use of one of its applications, the company will be able to collect information through the use of cookies. The information collected through the use of cookies is considered personal information of the users and must therefore comply with what is established in this policy.
The users have the capacity to disable most of the cookies that are sent to computers and mobile phones through the change of navigators and operating systems configuration. Disabling cookies can have as a consequence that the company will not be able to offer personalized content to its users.
10. Blogs, forums and Social Networks
The company is not responsible for the content of publications of users in the blogs, forums or social networks in the Internet. The registered opinions in said media don’t reflect the position of the company and are sole responsibility of the user who made the publication.
The company releases itself from all responsibility that can be caused by the incorrect use of blogs, forums or social networks, false content and unlawfulness of the way in which it was obtained. Also the company will not make itself responsible for the alleged damages generated by such publications as well as by the reproduction, distribution, publication of photographs, videos or comments under the protection of intellectual property rights of third parties.
11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The company reserves the right to make the changes it considers relevant to its Privacy Policy in any moment without previous notice.
